Personal planning, three matched Hosts to choose from, a private itinerary, suitable private city transportation, one selected local meal and one non-alcoholic drink per guest. Full Day also includes multi-neighborhood planning, lunch reservation assistance, next-day recommendations and one welcome gift per guest. Shanghai, Day One Full Day also includes Shanghai Tower 118th-floor admission with advance booking, BFC lunch, Blue Bottle IFC coffee and the personal sketch-map keepsake.
Tickets not explicitly included in your route, optional ticket upgrades and activities, premium dining, additional orders, alcohol and vehicle upgrades. Tell us about luggage and child seats in advance; vehicle capacity accounts for your Host and driver.

Professional needs assessment, industry-aware matching and one dedicated Companion for both days, with bilingual communication, meeting and schedule assistance, transportation coordination, business dining and local etiquette support.
Vehicles, meals and other third-party expenses; professional interpretation, additional languages, specialist assignments, extra hours, intercity travel and additional personnel. Parallel meetings or separate locations may require another Companion.
Tell us your plans. We personally confirm availability, service arrangements and any extras. Your US$50 deposit is credited toward the confirmed total; it is not an additional fee. For custom quotes, we confirm your total before requesting the deposit.
Include every traveller in the party size, including children; no automatic child discount applies. Share children’s ages, seating and dietary needs before booking. All guests share one Host or Companion and one itinerary. Signature experiences finish by 9:00 PM; a 5:00–9:00 PM Half Day is subject to confirmation.
